Our Meadowbrook Wedding package includes:
Exclusive use of the grounds from Friday at 3:00 pm until Sunday at noon. Your choice of locations for your tent set up and for the ceremony and reception. Come check out our 30 acres to select the perfect spot(s) for your celebration.
Four guest rooms for two nights, accommodating up to 8 guests. This is included in the package price!
Exclusive use of our common rooms including dining room, living room, game room, front porch, and “party barn”.
A full gourmet breakfast each morning for up to 8 B&B guests. Additional breakfast guests (up to 12) can be accommodated for an additional charge of $20. plus tax per person.
Additional breakfasts : $20. plus 11.5% tax per person (after July 1, 2013, 12,5% tax)
Ample free festival style parking.
You are welcome to select the Caterer, Equipment Rental, Musicians, Florists, Clergy, and other vendors of your choice (costs for these services are not included in our package). We will be happy to provide local recommendations, such as:

Your celebration is a two day event. In addition to your wedding and reception you are welcome to host a catered rehearsal dinner.
Our 30 acre estate can accommodate large groups of up to 200 guests.
The following prices include 2 nights lodging and breakfast for 8 guests – a $970. value!
$1900 plus 13% tax*. For up to 75 guests
$2300 plus 13% tax*. For 75-125 guests
$2800 plus 13% tax*. For 125-200 guests
*after July 1, 2013, 14% tax
For couples preferring a less formal, smaller, more intimate gathering, please contact your innkeepers and we will be happy to accommodate you as well.
